She is an experienced professional from a Financial Services background and her experience covers Credit, Corporate Finance, Research, Administration and Human Resources.

She is the Founder/Director at Training Directory Nigeria, former Chairperson at CIPM, and former CHRO (Country Human Resource Officer) at Citibank.

She is the Vice Chairperson of Healing Stripes Hospital, a HR Facilitator at the Entrepreneurial Development Centre of Lagos Business School, and a Board Member of CDNet and RISS.

Tosin holds a B.Sc. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (Combined Honours) from the University of Ile Ife, a Diploma in Labour Studies from the Polytechnic of North London, UK, an M.Sc. in Management Studies from Durham University, a Certified Master in Coaching from the Behavioural Coaching Institute and she attended the Advanced Management Programme from The Wharton School.
