We have developed and fine-tuned a unique and leading mentoring model called the WIN-with-WISCAR Mentoring Framework.

We have built a sustainable pipeline and database of talented and professional career women moving up the career ladder to fill leadership positions and positively influence policy changes in public & private institutions in the interest of the nation.

We are contributing to the performance of organizations and the nation by enhancing the skills and capabilities of their talented female workforce to make them more productive.

We are advocating and promoting the institution of gender-friendly policies and equality for women in the workplace to enhance profitability and growth.

We have created platforms to showcase, recognize and celebrate successful female role models to inspire and motivate the younger generation.

We are recognizing and appreciating WISCAR exemplars and role models at our Annual Leadership and Mentoring Conference through the identification and selection of a Distinguished WISCAR Awardee; There is an emergence of a self-organizing and active WISCAR Alumni in corporate and commercial organizations of repute across Nigeria; mentoring others and developing into a formidable network and advocacy group on gender issues.
