Women in Successful Careers is delighted to announce the call for application for the next cohort of 2021/2022 WIN with WISCAR Stream 1 & 2 Mentees.

The Programme which will commence in November 2021 is designed for young women with not more than than 10 years of work experience. It is a high impact & competency based programme with over 12 months of structured learning & one on one mentoring.

Application runs from June 7th 2021 to June 30th 2021.

Overview

The WIN-with-WISCAR Mentoring Programme is a structured competency-based development programme designed to address specific competency gaps and equip individuals with the critical skills necessary to progress in their careers.

Programme Activities

  • One-one-mentoring: Work one-on-one with your preferred mentor over 6 months.
  • School of Excellence Sessions: Participate in one-of-a-kind Career Seminars built on the WIN Curriculum.
  • Book Reviews: At WISCAR, we believe that Women who read, WIN! You will participate in curated book review sessions for the duration of your programme.
  • Career Masterclasses: Tailored masterclasses that will provide you with essential skills and competencies to achieve your leadership goals.

Who can apply?

  • Young career women with 1 – 3 years post-NYSC experience interested in building their competences to navigate and thrive in the world of work.

Programme Structure

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: 99% virtual with physical graduation ceremony.
  • Certification: Mentees who satisfy programme requirements will get a certificate of participation at the end of the programme.

Over a period of 6 months, you can expect to receive guidance to navigate your chosen career pathway with minimum pitfalls, and with a support network ready to guide and cheer you on.
