Dear Applicant, Welcome to the WIN 2 programme. Please note that all fields marked with asterisks * are mandatory, and the application process will take approximately 1 hour from start to finish. - Female professionals with 4 – 10+ years post-NYSC experience interested in building their competences to thrive in the world of work.
- Women in junior management positions aspiring for senior management roles.
Programme Structure
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: 99% virtual with physical graduation ceremony.
- Certification: Mentees who satisfy programme requirements will get a certificate of participation at the end of the programme.
