Mrs. Folake Ogundipe is currently serving as the Executive Director and National Finance Director at Unilever Nigeria Plc. She brings to her role a wealth of knowledge and experience in leading finance functions to achieve corporate objectives and enhance stakeholder value. She has a strong background as a Chief Finance Officer, Mrs. Ogundipe possesses exceptional leadership skills and a robust understanding of accounting principles. Her expertise extends to implementing end-to-end financial procedures, establishing effective controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing reporting processes to mitigate risks.

Mrs. Ogundipe is skilled at developing and implementing strategies to strengthen financial governance and enhance overall financial management capabilities. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her ability to lead with enthusiasm and drive results.

Mrs. Ogundipe holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and an M.Sc. in Management from the University of Leicester, UK. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA).

Prior to her current role, Mrs. Ogundipe held key positions such as Chief Financial Officer at PES (Pivot Energy Services) Group – A Honeywell Company, Financial Controller at Nigerdock Nigeria Ltd, and various roles at Subsea7 S.A UK, Phillips Consulting Ltd, and Investment Banking & Trust Company (IBTC) Limited.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Mrs. Ogundipe is happily married with children, balancing her successful career with her family life.
