Pai is the Chief Talent Officer (CTO), at Coronation X where she is responsible for creating high-performance teams to drive the growth of the companies within the ecosystem. She leads the talent management agenda, setting the vision and strategy, including the transformation, organisational, governance, culture design and corporate operations for the ecosystem delivering on its singularity goals.

She is a Business and HR Leader with over 20 years’ consummate experience spanning various industries in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom and has led Human Resource Functions across various organisations, which cover Banking, Insurance, Electronic Media, Conglomerate comprising Agro allied, Telecommunications and Trading as well as in the Capital Markets and has made contributions to the public space on a part time basis.

She has been recognized by reputable organizations and institutions such as; The HR People Magazine Awards 2016 and 2017 Employer of Choice (Under 1000 employees) Award category; and mentions in The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) as the Most documented HR Function amongst companies surveyed in their 2016 report.

Pai was recognized and awarded one of the 100 most Influential HR Professionals 2017 by World HRD Congress. She has also been recognized and awarded as the HR Leader of the year 2018 by HR People Magazine.

Pai has been nominated into various joint technical intergovernmental, and multi-sectorial committees and in recognition of her personal qualities and depth of experience, she has been appointed to a number of board level and public roles: Member of the Board of Advisors at AIESEC Nigeria since 2017; an Advisory Board Member of GOTNI 2009 – 2011; (Representing Nigerian Stock Exchange) – Member, Advisory Board with the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Directors – IoDCCG in Nigeria in 2017; and Liaison to the Governance and Remuneration Committee and National Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2019. Served on several committees of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria since 2014 and many more, where she is making valuable contributions to people empowerment and to the socio–economic and political infrastructure of the country.

She is a Fellow of the Lagos Business School Sustainability Centre; Senior Member and Facilitator at Women in HR Initiative (WiHR) inspiring and empowering women in HR, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), and a Certified Recruitment Professional from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, UK.

Pai holds a BA in English Language from the University of Jos, an MSc. In Human Resource Management from the University of Bedfordshire, and has a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from EDC, Pan African University.
