Titilayo Akisanya, is a trained and certified executive coach and a renowned Human Resource professional with over 15 years C-level experience in several multinational corperations.

She is a certified Executive Coach and an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, with a Bates Executive Presence certification. In her work to unleash the potential of others, Titi has built expertise in every aspect of strategic HR business partnering, including Leadership & Talent development through Transformation and Culture Change implementation. She has worked with organizations and executive teams to increase engagement, productivity and effectiveness by embedding leadership behaviors that deliver results, all in line with their core values. She has also led large scale Change, Diversity & Inclusion programs across international borders and used Performance Management, Personal Accountability, Effectiveness program to build capability and effectiveness in organizations. She coaches successfully from middle Management to C-Suite levels.

In her pursuit to enhance Africa’s Talent pool, she has also established a number of key coaching and mentoring frameworks in leading organizations. Among her recents: she coached CEOs within the Financial Services sector in East Africa under FSD Africa Executive Coaching Program; Titi has the West African license for Coaching & Mentoring International; she is an International Mentor with Aspire Trailblazing Women, UK and was the immediate past President of International Coaching Federation – Nigeria Chapter.

Titi sits on the Board of several organizations and is currently the Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management – CIPM, the first female Vice President of the Institute. Recently, she was made an Associate Faculty member of the Global Team
