Faculty Roles
Mentors
Experienced professional women who serve as trusted guides and role models. Mentors walk with mentees through the 12-month WIN with WISCAR programme, sharing their experience, wisdom, networks, and encouragement to enable and build a powerful community of women leaders.
Facilitators
Accomplished professionals (female or male) who enrich the mentoring journey by leading masterclasses, book reviews, and career seminars. Facilitators contribute specialized expertise, practical insights, and interactive learning experiences.
